MOQ is not a single fixed number: it depends on the product model, colour, pump type, custom printing or packaging and factory capacity. What does MOQ actually mean?
MOQ is the lowest economically viable quantity for an order with defined specifications—not necessarily the smallest number a machine can make. Mould setup, raw-material supply, colour matching and quality control all have fixed costs. As the order grows, those costs are shared across more pieces and the unit price becomes more reasonable.
Which factors change the quantity?
Model and mould
A ready model normally has a lower MOQ because its mould and process are already approved. A new body design or dimensional change adds preparation time and prototyping cost.
For a branded order, define the details of printing your logo on the dispenser from the start.
Colour and materials
Each custom colour may require a masterbatch formula, line cleaning and an approved sample. With a multi-colour order, a separate minimum can apply to each colour.
Pump type and packaging
A pump for thick liquids, a foam pump and a standard pump each have different stock and supply schedules. Custom cartons, labels, logo printing and export packaging can also create a separate minimum order.

Send the model or design name, approximate dimensions, capacity, liquid type, body material and colour, pump type, annual quantity, destination country and level of customisation in one brief. Often yes, because preparing and checking each colour has its own cost and schedule. The factory may be more flexible with ready models.
Is a lower MOQ always better?
